The brief was to create an Airbnb let on the Kent coast, as the family’s new home included an annex, an ideal opportunity for their new business venture. The turnaround time was very tight and the project needed to be kept within a tight budget whilst ensuring that finishes and furnishings could cope with high traffic that a holiday let would produce. A neutral colour palette was chosen for the walls, new laminate flooring in the kitchen/diner, ticking stripe accessories with coastal blue and green accents running throughout the property.
